Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) bagi guru sekolah dasar dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan pemahaman pelaksanaan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT). Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi guru sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan kompetensinya khususnya pemahaman pelaksanaan pelaksanaan CRL. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah tanya jawab, dan diskusi. Peserta pelatihan adalah guru sekolah dasar yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sebelum pelatihan dilakukan pres test dengan hasil kategori kurang baik dan setelah pelatihan kategori baik. Guru sekolah dasar dapat mengerti dan memahami materi yang diberikan pada kegiatan ini, karena materi ini dilengkapi dengan latihan memahaman pelaksanaan pendekatan CRL, sehingga kendala guru dalam pelaksanaan CRL di sekolah bisa diatasi dalam proses mengajar.
