Abstract

Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberdayakan pendidik dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang berpusat pada empati, mendukung perkembangan sosial dan emosional siswa. Dengan menggabungkan metode interaktif seperti lokakarya, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi, pelatihan ini menekankan pentingnya memahami dan merespons kebutuhan emosional siswa. Peserta akan mendapatkan wawasan dan keterampilan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi empatik dan menerapkan strategi yang mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional siswa dalam praktik pendidikan sehari-hari. Pelatihan ini juga akan membahas cara-cara integrasi prinsip-prinsip ini ke dalam kurikulum, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, mendukung, dan kondusif bagi perkembangan holistik siswa. Tujuan akhirnya adalah untuk membekali pendidik dengan alat dan pemahaman yang diperlukan untuk membangun komunitas belajar yang kuat, di mana setiap siswa merasa didengar, dipahami, dan dihargai. Melalui pendekatan ini, pendidik tidak hanya akan meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran tetapi juga memperkuat ikatan emosional dan sosial di dalam kelas, menciptakan sebuah ekosistem pendidikan yang lebih hangat, inklusif, dan efektif
