Abstract

Kesehatan mental ibu merupakan fondasi penting dalam membangun keharmonisan keluarga, namun literasi kesehatan mental masih memerlukan penguatan melalui strategi edukasi yang mudah dipahami dan kontekstual. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental anggota Persatuan Istri Karyawan dan Karyawati (PIKK) PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Paiton melalui edukasi berbasis komunikasi persuasif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara hybrid dengan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, edukasi, diskusi-refleksi, dan evaluasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif berdasarkan respons reflektif peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan terjadinya transformasi ragam bahasa dari ungkapan yang didominasi keluhan, kekhawatiran, dan tekanan psikologis menuju bahasa afirmatif yang mencerminkan keyakinan diri, optimisme, kemampuan mengelola emosi, serta komitmen menjaga kesehatan mental. Perubahan tersebut menunjukkan berkembangnya kesadaran diri dan pemaknaan positif terhadap peran sebagai ibu. Dengan demikian, komunikasi persuasif melalui bahasa afirmatif efektif mendukung peningkatan literasi kesehatan mental sekaligus memperkuat pemberdayaan ibu dalam membangun keluarga yang harmonis.
